Select and save the Wi-Fi network you trust, like home or office.
When the Tracker detects that network, it automatically turns on the Energy Saving.
You'll get a notification when your pet enters or exits the Energy Saving Area.
If the Tracker doesn't activate Energy Saving even when it's within Wi-Fi range, check that Energy Saving toggle is turned on in the Tracker page.
If it is, try deleting the Energy Saving Area and adding it again to refresh the information.
When Energy Saving is on, certain functions are disabled or limited to extend battery life.
Live Tracking and Geofence are blocked.
These functions stay available via Bluetooth, as long as your phone with the app is within about 20 meters / 65 feet of the Tracker:

How to add and edit an Energy Saving Area
Go to the Menu page, open Settings and select Energy Saving Area
Tap Add Energy Saving Area to add a new area
Make sure your Tracker is near a Wi-Fi network and your phone has Bluetooth on
Select Wi-Fi network
Name the area and save
To edit or delete an existing area: tap the three-dot menu and select Edit or Delete
