Live tracking allows you to see the real-time location of your pet in emergency cases.
To activate:
Tap the Track Live button on the Map screen to start.
Live Tracking isn't available when:
The Tracker is in Energy Saving Mode
Q: I tried Live Tracking in different areas, but the button is not active
A: Track Live button isn't active in some areas. This happens when:
The Tracker is outside phone network coverage. Move to an area with better coverage and try again.
The GPS signal is too weak or absent. Move to an open area away from buildings or trees.
The Tracker is off. Turn it on and try again.
