The app automatically checks for a newer firmware version. If one's available, you'll see a notification in the app. Tap update to improve Tracker's performance.
DOG and CAT Trackers:
The LED turns red during the update.
Once it's done, the LED returns to the color that shows the battery charge level if the Tracker was plugged into the charger, or switches off if it wasn't.
EVO Trackers:
The LED turns blue during the update
Once it’s done, LED returns to the color that shows the battery charge level.
Keep the Tracker plugged in until the update finishes. Unplugging it early could cause problems.
